Long day of sort of putting around here, and now my parents are home and it's making me anxious and on edge. I made cookies, but burned one tray of them because I was downstairs doing laundry. Their mere presence sometimes bothers me so much. Plus, I don't like going to do laundry at night when no one's home, because it's outside in the basement and the gangway leading to the door is really creepy. They got home later than I expected, so partly I was annoyed because I ended up waiting longer than I expected to change my loads. I somehow manged to get a bug bite today, I'm not really sure when or how.

I've been playing with my lj style, but I'm having trouble getting the tabular style that I have on my latest entries page to look right. Anyone who's modified this style and could give me pointers is more than welcome to do so.

My parents are watching the discovery channel, and my mom pointed out the emperor penguins to me. I'm very impressed with her progress in the area of dealing with my love life. Yay mom.
