Oh. my. dog. I feel so sick. Blech. Every month they get worse. I guess that's a sign I should stop smoking and start working out? Oh god, someone get me codine.

I quit caffeine and it helped A LOT. Seriously. The quitting caffeine part wasn't so fun, though.
