Okay, update time.

Sunday:

I swear to god I was given the royal treatment. Really really fantastic sex, an amazing meal cooked to perfection by my sexy girlfriend, an amazing dessert (vegan cake with very not-vegan frosting), and then more amazing sex. I somehow summarize it here in one run-on sentence, but it made me feel so loved and totally spoiled. She wouldn't let me in the kitchen. "No! Go watch tv" and pretended she wasn't baking. Very very cute. It's been a very very long time since anyone's treated me even close to this way, and I'm so happy about it.

Tuesday:

We got a hampster! SO CUTE! It's a dwarf hampster named Emmett, and he's TINY! Even tinier than whosaidilied! That's tiny. I adore him, and we are *required* to play with him lots so that he gets used to it and isn't nippy. Oh what a shame.

I'm not going to talk about the job search for fear of jinxation, but keep your fingers crossed for me!

That's pretty much what's been going on here. I have been cleaning and cooking a lot (though really, I need to suck it up and mop the floor. We have company tonight), and it makes me so happy to know that I'm capable of taking care of shit like that. Even though I don't have a job yet, I'm still contributing. Or something. Alright...off to look up more things and such so that I can get offline and free-up the telephone. Peace.

oh no! naming hamsters after big gay charactors is a jinx! jo named one of hers randy after that girl in the incred tru adv of 2 girls in love and it got EATEN by its buddy Gemilla(sp?)!!! maybe yours is safe though, cause after all, Emmett doesn't have any hampster friends to eat him. is Emmet a boy? i hope so, cause girl hampsters are mean and bite. man, i'm jealous, i miss my hampster.!

Yes, Emmett is an only child, which is good for many reasons, among them being that we tend to lose him occasionally in his hamster ball, and i think having multiple rodents rolling around under the bed would be a bit much.
