Today is the Greatest

baronessvarla, and there is now a quitmeter on my info page. Yesterday I had a smoke and it was the last, I swear! I have to have to do this. No more! Four years is waayy more than enough. It's not even the nicotine. Well, it is, but not in the "I must have it every 2 hours or else" way that it was before last fall. Now it's the smoke breaks at work, the after dinner cigarette with friends, the driniking or the depression. But I will stop! Yes! The counter doesn't look nearly as impressive as it would if I was still at a pack a day, but you get the idea.
