Just got back from the gym, and I'm feeling delightfully sore. I'm off to take a hot shower and contemplate the successful initiation of plan "sublimate anger and frustration through getting really hot." Day two is tomorrow early AM, we'll see how that goes. rustybluebike is my new gym buddy, I'm counting on her to help keep me honest. Don't let me down!
