Dear Self,

This is unattractive. You must find a way to be healthy. If you don't want to go on anti-depressants, be proactive and find a *practical* way of better regulating your head. And your fucking sleep patterns.

No, chocolate, coffee and sleeping pills are not a long-term solution. Cadbury eggs are not a valid form of self-medication.

Girlfriend,

Regular excerscise will help adjust your sleep patterns; sex is included in this broad category. Also, removal of "punnishment", often confused with "negative reinforcement", will help with depression. Solution: Move to boston and get a new job.

Perhaps if we join a gym with a swimming pool? It's my second favorite form of exercise. Your recommendation will also be taken into consideration. Also, perhaps we could get a sugar momma? Or maybe if you get that bigass raise, you could be the sugar momma.

i thought chocolate was the only way to self-medicate. except maybe ice cream. maybe cookies fall into that category too, but the best cookies have chocolate in them anyways. oooo and ... never mind. i'm sposed to be helping you.
