I've been thinking a lot about my life lately, and how I treat myself. I have decided that when I go back to school I need to make changes. Well, I really need to make them now, and I am, but they need to STICK when I'm at school. Here they are.

  • working out on a regular basis. This means multiple times a week at a predictable time. No more of this a couple laps a month bull shit.

  • regular bed times. Even if they have to vary somewhat, I need to know I'll be in by X-time each night. This leads to...

  • getting up at roughly the same time every day. This will mean that I'll probably be doing more...

  • naps. during my school year this is perfectly reasonable, probably even necessary.

  • writing. On paper, either in my journal or in a letter, with a nice pen every day. My penmanship sucks, and I feel that my vocabulary and ability to form complete thoughts are deteriorating in a way that is not aided by my near exlusive use of livejournal and email as my writing tools.

  • MUST CLEAN ON REGULAR BASIS! No, not me, my hygene's fine, thank you. I mean my living space.
