My amazing cousin the nun has ovarian cancer. They're not positive, but they're pretty sure. Not surprisingly, she's totally at peace with this. She's in her late 60's and has by most standards, especially her own, lived a wonderful life.
That only makes it so much easier for the rest of us to accept, but I guess we don't have much of a choice.
