I just listened to my voicemail for the first time this week. Oops.

Jason left me an entire message in a mostly consistent southern accent. What? So totally wierd.

Alicia rocks, because she proxied for me at the kitchen worker meeting. Go Alicia. I'll be working three shifts, which is decent. I'm going to apply for a tutoring job this weekend and hope that they're not all gone. This way I can actually (maybe) get all of my hours and party pay for my credit cards, instead of my current plan, which is to pretend I'm not broke and hope it ends soon. Depositing my birthday checks would be good right about now, too. No money in bank means no Dresden Dolls for me on Tuesday, and we can't have that.

Wednesday just ended and I already feel like the week hit me with its car, then backed up and did it again. This is the first semester where I haven't been all excited about coming back to school and felt like everything is all shiney and new again. It's just instant stress. Some things are exciting, but the general feeling is one of dread and foreboding.

Today I had coffee with Crush Girl, who was funny and interesting as always. We debated the definitions of liberal, left wing and leftist. She whipped out her PageMark Dictionary to settle the dispute. Now I want one.

Tonight I did not meet all of my goals, but I did manage to stay up way too late and fix up my livejournal. Take a look at it, this is what I'm ruining my health for. Now I'm off to bed, tomorrow morning is lifeguarding with Darcy, then begging to be let into Drawing I, then Soc of Crime which looks like the best thing since sliced bread met sliced cheese.

aww, it's eastery! Might I suggest changing the column width to see the picture better?

And why was jason talking in a southern accent?

Re:

Well, I don't know, I'd have to hear the message myself.

Re:

When is your superbowl party?

It's harder to change things on this style, but I'll work on it.

Re:

Sunday, sunday sunday!

I was going to call darcy about it; if dad could fly me out to your party, maybe she could drive me back? And bring people to the game? then take them back to northampton? I dunno, we'll see.

Did she end up getting her car? I thought it wasn't here this year.

Re:

Agreed. I'm about to give you a shit-storm for this coin-operated boy nonsense.

Re:

I'd actually prefer a solar-powered one. Like Clark Kent.

Re:

Ok, I've decided that it doesn't let you do stuff like that in S2, just S1. Unless you can point me in the right direction. I can't figure it out.

Re:

I as well. Except for the not liking soc part. I'm all about the soc.

Re:

It's much easier to find an ATP-operated boy these days, anyway.
