Just got back from the gym, and I'm feeling delightfully sore. I'm off to take a hot shower and contemplate the successful initiation of plan "sublimate anger and frustration through getting really hot." Day two is tomorrow early AM, we'll see how that goes. [livejournal.com profile] rustybluebike is my new gym buddy, I'm counting on her to help keep me honest. Don't let me down!
