I wanna suggest my color theme for a default theme, but I don't know how to contact the powers that be. Any suggestions?

Here's what I found that might help.. they are in charge of journal styles and could potentially tell you where to go..In parentheses is their LJ id. Another place to try would be the Have A Question? link on the left of the main page (i.e. the support area):
