Sometimes I worry about my mother. She discovered ilovepoetry.com, and now is assailing me with bad poems. The text of the e-card reads:

To: Sarah

Dear Sarah, If you ever doubt your talent, read this poem,
it will reassure you. You could never write anything this
horrible. Love,

- Mom

My love is the rain
By: kelly Louthan

My love is the rain
My flesh awakens beneathe her cold embrace
Trembling asthough shaken from sleep
Together my love and I weep
My tears and her touch slide down my face
I scream triumphant release
To her I hand my pain
My love is the rain
I drink deep her quenching of my souls thirst
My spirit stretches its once sorrw bound wings
reaching out to the fragrant song nature sings
My essence collides with natures
Entwining in wonderous burst
Gloriously we scream oh joy life anew
Graciously our lady rain's blessings we claim
Our love is the Rain
