I would also like to commned you on the proper spelling of "Ms" in your letter. There's no period, people, because it's not an abbreviation. That's the whole point!!!

Thanks! I'm very anal about that, although technically (and I think, but I may be wrong, according to the Chicago Manual of Style -- the editor's bible) both are stylistically correct.
