Okay, so President Bush has declared next week (starting right after national coming out day) Marriage Protection Week. In his proclaimation he's stated that " Research has shown that, on average, children raised in households headed by married parents fare better than children who grow up in other family structures." Can anyone direct me to one of the studies done recently which demonstrated that children of same-sex couples are as well-adjusted as those raised by opposite sex couples?

as i recall reading in the nytimes, many children are actually _better_ adjusted. tried to find the article, but couldn't-- though i believe it was based on the above study.

That is what I heard as well. Course, you can't trust them modern scientists. They believe in evolution!

Where the hell did he come up with that?!?!?!? And actually, studies have been done that show that kids that grow up in homosexual households are far less bigoted people.
