I couldn't figure out why my lj icon kept blinking, but when I hit reload, there was no new post.

For two days, at least, this has been going on. I thought it had gone on the fritz. I thought LJ hated me. I thought the Smith servers were being wonkey.

As it turns out, my lady friend logged me out to check her own journal. On, like, Sunday no less.

In other news, I fell asleep in the student center today. I managed to drool on myself before waking up after probably 20 minutes. Good show.

Did you fall asleep int he new student center? I just looked at pictures of it in something they sent me. It looks really pretty - but there have to be lots of things to eat and places to sleep. And plase tell me smokers can still smoke!

Outside in the cold, 20 feet from all buildings.

It's like a mall crossed with a space ship. There are pillars in bad places and mostly uncomfortable chairs. Windows everywhere. I was in front of one.

oh good! I am glad they put viewing windows in so you can watch the hot returning students sleeping. But isn't it COLD for sleeping outside? It's got to be post-mountain day at this point...
