As you know, I am selective in my Christmas music tastes. I dislike most traditional carols and various renditions of them. But I like classical Christmas music, the Christmas Revels, and the Chieftains - a lot. Go figure.
I like Elf and really hate A Christmas Story. But most other movies are good.
I like Christians and their Christmas... but mostly their spending habits. We (my corporate overlord and I) make the amount of money in a day that we do in a week during summer. Every year our policies on gifts and returns get more stringent and people don't pay much attention... it's creepy.
But, other than working crazy hours, I like winter. I'd rather feel cold than hot. Also, snow = snow creations. And, snow = pretty.
Additionally, at this point in time I've completely tuned out Xmas muzac and moovies. Until they do a documentary on the elves and their corporate overlord, of course.
