my GOD, that is obscene. that sort of thing makes me think I should carry around a tape recorder, just so that these folks would be forced to hear themselves because it's hard for me to believe that some people are truly that callous.
Gak. Reminds of the time someone I knew said that he didn't care about the inhumane ways chickens are raised, because they were too stupid to care.
(I just gave him the hairy eyeball and asked him how he felt about his own health, eating those particular chickens? Stupid idiot. And he was usually smarter than that.)
