Quick update. Shrink was good. I feel so goddamned sane lately. That's not to say I feel like a totally rational human being, or perfect. But I have moods, and they don't run my life, but I have them. And I'm glad to have them because people have moods, and I've had periods in my life where I either didn't have them, or they ran totally rampant. So I appreciate them for what they are now. I got my own personal copy of Watchmen for 10% off the cover price, along with an issue of Tank Girl. The guy in the comic book store liked me. I'm really enjoying Watchmen. It's a good follow up to American Gods. I've tried getting into a Kundera novel and also a collection of MLK sermons, but neither quite fit my mood. This does quite nicely.

My beautiful passionate amazing etc girlfriend will be here in under 36 hours. And she'll be moving rooms at school first. Keep in mind she just got back today from South America. Thank dog they stayed in Central Time and she won't have to deal with jet lag on top of it all.

My mom has taken to calling our dog "Schmoopie Spice." Schmoopie is from a Seinfeld episode, and apparently the unholy cross of names came about at 2 am today, according to my stepfather. Mom and I went back and forth on names for the dogs...I won't share here, because they all relate to rather unpleasant habits (at least the funny ones do), but just so you have sympathy for what Holly will be dealing with. Not just me and my crazy sense of humor, but the people who made me what I am today ::collective shudder::

Hot box. I've just come to realize the beauty of that word. There are so many words to describe female gentalia (those two little words are the least appealing of which. They sound so...antiseptic): vagina (perhaps a small country), hoo-ha (a bad rap song), cunt (my former favorite, though most women are offended by this), no-no (this gives the impression of a preschool scolding), down there (shame is bad, girls), poontang (some exotic cross breed mutant, perhaps?), naughty bits (bad gummy candies in a seedy porn store), snatch (hey! That's mine!), pussay (Meow!), junx (It's not junk!), twat (who? what? where?), private parts (how many of us really keep them all that private?), gaping woman wound (do you need a bandaid?), coochie (is it contagious?), slit (sounds painful), gash (ditto), hole (someone's taking that "from dust to dust" nonsence too literally), cum basket (it's NOT a basket, and it's NOT just for coming), padoodle (are we three?)....Hot box is just so much more...beautiful/punk rawk/sexy/etc. That's all.

On second thought (and strong suggestion), let's discuss male genetalia. I don't really have a particular favorite in this area (male genetalia in general are not my favorite), but perhaps I will by the end of this. Here we go....penis (bad memories of six grade sex ed), cock (barnyard fowl always turn me on), dick (I prefer Richard, thank you), tallie wacker (badminton, anyone?), wanker (I don't even want to *know* what you do with her), dinker (Lincoln Logs are so much cooler), wee-wee (having size issues?), peter (were Paul and Mary on vacation?), Mr. Happy (he never looks very happy to me), tool (do you have a socket wrench in your pants?)....I haven't found any favorites yet.
