Another boring post

Worky worky worky, all the livelong day. The office is so nice when no-one else is here. When did my misanthropic tendencies start rearing their ugly heads again? Oh my. I'm hoping we're doing interviews today so that AAC will have something to do other than work on data entry with me and drive me INSANE!

I dyed my hair last night, but didn't end up cutting it. Holly's impressive timing saved my hair from potential annihilation. Hairstyle therapy is sometimes a bad idea. Say, when it involves clippers and extreme frustration. The trim will have to wait for another day when I'm not busy and am calm. When that will ever happen is totally beyond me, so I may get to grow it out after all.

Mom helped me mail a package for Holly today, and at lunch we're going downtown to pick up the Amazon.com package that someone decided to send to my house. I'm thinking it's from my grandparents on my dad's side, cuz I think everyone on my mom's side knows to send stuff to her office. Maybe my Aunt Kelly and Uncle Kent? Their kids are Kate, Kendall, Kelsey and Kolin. Saints preserve us. They live in Oklahoma, but I think they should move to Kansas and be done with it. Actually, they may have, I don't remember where they moved to last... Anyway, like you people care. My dad said he was sending me a check for my birthday, but I still haven't gotten in it two weeks later. ::sigh:: It's not that I think he has a *responsibility* to get it to me ASAP, it's just that he *said* he would and I could *really* use the money now. Oh well. Back to the grind...send love!

Cool. My hair is an unholy "natural" shade of red (the normal dye plus the extra enhancer, plus an extra one someone put in the box...thwarted theft attempt?), I'm kind of scared. Fortunately in a week or two it'll be back to the same old shade of copper it always fades to. I'm very glad I didn't decide to bleach and cut it, it must GROW!
